Individual Adult Therapy
My approach is integrative and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client I believe that encouragement, community, and healthy relationships are essential for a fulfilling life. By combining Psychodynamic theory, Reality or Choice Theory, and mindfulness practices, I help clients identify ways to improve these areas of their lives achieve overall well-being.
Couples Therapy
I offer a comprehensive approach that focuses on clients' strengths and combines Psychodynamic, Choice theory, and mindfulness interventions. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment for couples dealing with addictions/recovery, trauma, infidelity, or general relational challenges. I use a Gottman approach along with other evidence-based interventions to help resolve conflicts in a non-judal and compassionate manner.
Ayruvedic Wellness
Ayurveda is an ancient Indian medical system that focuses on promoting health and wellness through balance and harmony. It is a holistic and natural approach that emphasizes the importance of maintaining a balance between the mind, body, and spirit. The word Ayurveda is derived from the Sanskrit words ayur (life) and veda (science or knowledge), and its main goal is to prevent rather than just treating it.
